  • Do you take custom orders?

    I will sometimes accept a limited number of custom orders! All the details are shared on my Instagram; this is the best way to keep up to date with what I'm offering <3

  • Are your mugs food safe?

    All of my ceramics are handmade and hand glazed/painted by me. All glazes are LEAD FREE and FOOD SAFE.

  • How can I care for this handmade piece? Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

    I always recommend hand washing your pottery products to extend the life of the piece. Treat your new art pieces with care! Technically they are dishwasher and microwave safe, but I would suggest erring on the side of caution and avoiding these processes.

  • How much are your pieces?

    All my mugs are hand-created/hand painted that take many hours/days to complete. My time and attention is devoted to each piece. The price range depends on size, time spent making, drawing and how many extra processes I have applied to the piece. Typically the range of pricing is between $200-$500 USD.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! I currently ship worldwide. Please be aware though that some countries require duties and taxes that are out of my control.

  • When will my order ship?

    All orders will generally be packed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase, except for holidays. If you have any questions about the shipping of your order, please feel free to contact me!

  • Cancellation/ Exchanges/ Returns

    I do not currently offer cancellations, exchanges or returns of any product. I am a small business and make very small batches at a time. I would suffer greatly to offer this option at this time.

  • Lost Package/ Stolen/ Delayed

    Once the package is delivered to the post office it is out of my hands. I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office and check your tracking number history! Even if your tracking info online has not changed, please visit your local post office because it might be there!

  • I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

    If you need to make an address change after you’ve placed your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Any packages sent due to incorrect information are not refundable. Please confirm your address before you complete your check out and include house/apartment or unit numbers.

  • How do you package your items to ensure that they are safe in transit?

    All orders are packaged with extreme love and care. Every piece is protectively wrapped in shock absorbing honeycomb brown paper, surrounded by water soluble peanuts into a cardboard box to ensure no movement during transit.

  • Is your packaging sustainable?

    I do my very best to ship using only biodegradable/recyclable materials. Even my business cards are made with 100% recycled paper.
